For your convenience, eye-bar Optometry is able to direct bill most eye care and vision insurance plans. Unfortunately, there are still a number of eye care insurance plans that do not offer direct billing options for eye care providers. If this is the case with your insurance provider, eye-bar will provide you with 3 original copies of your receipts to ensure that you are able to bill both your primary and secondary insurance plan, plus retain a copy for your records.
