Are you looking for a career in local law enforcement or the Canadian Forces? If so, you will need to undergo a thorough vision examination as part of the recruitment process. eye-bar optometry is fully equipped to provide the required vision testing needed to complete the application process.
Depending on your ocular history you may be able to complete the more standard basic vision report form. If your ocular history is more complex or you've undergone previous eye surgeries including refractive surgeries such as LASIK or PRK, you may require the more detailed Supplemental Vision Form which requires further in-depth vision testing by your optometrist (additional charges may apply. Please ensure that you let our staff know this at the time of booking your eye exam.
